Holiday apartment with two balconies and a lift

The apartment is on the fifth floor of a five-storey house with ten apartments.

It is a lovely holiday apartment of round 90m² that was newly furnished in 2013. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a bathroom with a bath and WC. There is also a living room with a dining table and TV. All the rooms (apart from the bathroom) have stucco ceilings with indirect lighting. The apartment provides all the necessary everyday amenities and can also be accessed by lift. The beds have the following measurements: one double bed 180 x 200cm and the other 140 x 200cm. The air conditioning units newly installed in 2013 in the bedrooms and the living room can be used both for cooling and heating.

There are two balconies accessed through three doors, with views in all directions. The roof terrace above it can also be used. The balconies afford a lovely view as far as the 3000-metre-high Taurus mountains. To the side about 300 metres away one can see a small section of the Mediterranean Sea.

It is 200 metres to shopping facilities and restaurants. The town is 500 metres away.

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und bestens ausgestattet und dabei sehr gepflegt. Besonders genossen haben wir den traumhaften Blick auf das Taurus-Gebirge vom großen Balkon.
    Insgesamt ist die Lage der Wohnung wirklich ideal: ein kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 6 Minuten), Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, dabei ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig, da sich die Wohnung in ausreichender Entfernung zur Unterhaltungsmusik der Hotels befindet.
    Herr Prosch war uns bereits vor Antritt unserer Reise, aber auch vor Ort stets ein zuverlässiger, hilfsbereiter und kompetenter Ansprechpartner und Ratgeber!”
