This property with four luxury apartments and a separate villa is located on the cliff coast of La Matanza about 280 meters above the sea. Just below the property is the natural park Costa Acentejo, with a circular walking path and paths to the ocean. The property is ideal for holidaymakers with exclusive taste, who are looking for peace and quiet in a rural setting.

The apartment has a typical Canary, cosy balcony. Enjoy the views over the garden, the Tide and to Puerto de la Cruz and the ocean. In the spacious garden with local plants, you will find a lawn area with sun loungers for communal use.

This exclusive 50 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the main house. When rented with the bordering guest room, it offers an ideal holiday let for families with grown children or couples. The apartment boasts a large, cosy living/dining room with a dining table for five. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (190 x 160 cm), satellite television, a stereo and free internet access. The modern kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed (200 x 160 cm) and is equipped with a Swiss Flex system. The bathroom offers a shower and a toilet. Towels and beach towels, as well as a blow dryer are supplied.

The house is an excellent home base for excursions to tourist attractions in the vicinity. You can explore the island and hike in the mountains. You can meet locals or enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy time with your partner or your family. You can enjoy good restaurants in the vicinity or prepare your own meals with produce and fresh fish from the farmer's market. It is about 200 m to the closest restaurant. Shopping facilities can be found in the nearest town, about 1500 m from the property. It is about 2000 meters to the nearest beach, El Caleton. It is about 15 kilometres to Puerto de la Cruz. Enjoy the hustle and bustle in town, and then return to the peace and quiet of the holiday rental.

The wellness area with pool and sauna is also communally used and accessible via a walkway in the garden. There are no set opening times.
