Apartment in Wismar with Free Parking

The apartment is in the Hanseatic town of Wismar, in the old town centre, near the old harbour.Studio in the centre of WismarThe apartment is located in the Hanseatic city of Wismar in the old town, near the old port.It is located on the ground floor of the house. The size of the apartment is approximately 33m² and consists of a living room, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen. An extra bed on a folding couch is possible. A mobile cot (up to three years) is free (please inquire about availability). Children are welcome with at least one legal guardian. Central heating, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, as well as cable TV with DVD player and Internet / WLAN are available. The apartment is non-smoking.There is a large free parking lot (right next to the paid parking meter parking lot) near the house, at the end of Claus-Jesup-Str., Towards the harbor. Please note that the renovation work on Claus-Jesum-Str. take place and therefore the parking for cars is only possible to a limited extent or adapts to the current situation on site.A mobile cot (up to three years old) is free (please check availability in advance). Children are welcome with at least one legal guardian. Pets are not allowed.If you arrive by train, then it is about a 15-minute walk from the Wismar train station to the holiday apartment. There are various grocery shops nearby.

It measures around 33m² and consists of a living room-bedroom, a spacious shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a small store room for your luggage. A supplementary folding bed is possible. A portable cot (up to 3 years old) can be provided free of charge (check availability). Children are welcome. Central heating, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, cable TV and a DVD player are provided.

There is a large free car park near the house, right next to the payable car park with meters, at the end of Claus-Jesup-Str., towards the harbour. During the summer months you can share use of a little courtyard garden, where two bicycles can be kept and there are plugs for charging e-bikes.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

When arriving by train, it is about a 15-minute walk from Wismar train station to the apartment. There are various shopping facilities nearby.

    “Die Unterkunft ist gut aber wenn jemand oben drüber wohnt schlecht es war 5:30 Uhr ständig Lärm und dann abends wenn sie heim kamen dann war kein Besen da hätte gerne mal aus gekehrt”

    “Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben schöne Tage erlebt. Gerne wieder.
    Schlüssel Annahme und Abgabe hat prima geklappt. Positiv: War schön, dass gleich im Erdgeschoß die Wohnung war und wir auch einen Geschirrspüler hatten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts.
    Klein und fein. Durch die zentrale Lage waren wir schnell im Zentrum, flott beim Bäcker und zum Aus - und Entladen war das Auto direkt am Hauseingang geparkt. Terrasse ist schön heimelig. Negativ: Hatte etwas Probleme mit den weichen Matrazen...(Rückenprobleme) aber das ist wohl eher eine persönliche Schlafgewohnheits-Sache.”

    “Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen, Positiv: Umfangreiche Ausstattung (in der Küche, Spiele im Wohnzimmer, Prospekte etc), schöne und zentrale Lage zwischen Stadt und Hafen Negativ: Das Bett in der Nische war zwar schön gemütlich, für die 2.Person aber etwas schwierig zum Aussteigen (für fitte Menschen aber kein Problem).”
