Well-equipped holiday apartment with a terrace and a garden, near a sandy beach suitable for children

The holiday apartment is in Telgruc sur mer, at the start of the Crozon peninsula. It is an ideal base for exploring the north and south of the Finistère area. The accommodation is in a little, very quiet village facing the sea, just a kilometre from a fine sandy beach, which is safe and suitable for children. It is an ideal place for leisurely, quiet and relaxing holiday days.

The terrace provides a suite of garden furniture, a parasol and a grill. The site is enclosed and suitable for children. There is a private parking space. It is also possible to park near the apartment. The veranda affords an open view of the sea. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the Breton landscape and, owing to the coastal path, the proximity to the beach just 400 metres away.

The apartment in a pretty row house is at ground level and provides 55m² of living space for four people. It has a living room with a sofa and a flatscreen TV and wireless Internet access. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a fridge, gas stove with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 190cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower. The WC is separate. There is a travel cot for toddlers. A shared room 20 metres from the apartment has a washing machine and dryer.

All shops (a small supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, newspaper kiosk, bars) are two kilometres from the apartment, which is ideally situated for a variety of walks along the coastal paths. The GR 34 hiking trail is 500 metres from the apartment and is safe for adults and young people. The beautiful, fine sandy beach “Trez Bellec” is just a kilometre from your holiday accommodation. It is very safe for children, who can also acquaint themselves with water sports there at the sailing school.

The apartment is at ground level and is wheelchair accessible.

    “Klein aber fein. Das Haus ist nicht übermäßig groß, hat jedoch alle notwendige Einrichtungen. Die Lage ist schön.

    Vom Garten aus hat man einen Blick auf das Meer in der Ferne. Allerdings bedeck die Gartenhecke wegen deren Höhe die Sicht nach außen (und somit auch das Meer), wenn man im Garten SITZT... Wir haben es aber nicht als störend empfinden.

    Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Vermieter. Monsieur Merour ist extreme freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei der Ankunft hat er uns netterweise den kleinen Dorf gezeigt. Und bei Rückfragen hat er uns stets sehr schnell geholfen. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm.”

    “Ein gemütliches, helles, sauberes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus. Pluspunkte: W-Lan vorhanden, prima Blick zum Meer hinüber. Aber: Der Windschutz im Garten ist zwar zweckmäßig, doch im Garten sitzend hat man keinen Blick (Hecke oder Verglasung wären vorteilhaft), Korkenzieher mitbringen! Man darf sich nicht an Besuchen durch den süßen Nachbarhund stören, denn der Garten ist offen zugänglich.”
