This beautiful apartment is located on the top floor of a recently renovated villa with a total of three apartments. The apartment has windows on four sides, and is bright and luminous. All windows facing the front side provide a wonderful view onto Lake Como. On the opposite side there is a private terrace of about 40 sqm with a comfortable table to enjoy meals outside.The apartment has one bedroom with a walk-in closet, an elegant living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub/shower. A loft in the living room creates a multi-purpose space that can comfortably accommodate an additional guest, but it can also be used for work, study or rest. There is a sofa bed, also a guitar and an electronic Roland FP-80 piano for guests who love music. The exposed beams and vaulted ceiling make this loft particularly warm and cozy. The furnishings are modern and comfortable and includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, an induction cooker, WiFi, Smart TV with a lot of free satellite  international channels, air conditioning and under-floor heating in winter.The house is accessible by car via a traditional cobblestone road. It is also possible to go from the apartment to the center of Cernobbio in about 10 minutes by walking through small roads and a few stairs. On top of the amenities already mentioned, a garden of 400 sqm with lake view and a swimming pool of 18 sqm is available for shared use with the other two apartments in the villa.
