The vacation home in Zell an der Mosel is only about 300 meters away from the pedestrian zone with stores, restaurants and wine shops. Up to four non-smokers can enjoy themselves on a total of approx. 130 m² of living space.

The rooms all have a direct view of the Moselle. Also the sun terrace with seating. Behind the house you will find a large terrace (55 square metres) with a view of the vineyards. Dirt there is seating, a barbecue and many plants. Radio, television, ironing board and much more are also provided. The modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, Senseo coffee machine and fridge offers everything for self-catering.

Bicycles can be stored in the garage free of charge.

The two bathrooms have a shower and WC or a bath and WC. Free parking directly at the house. A public playground directly opposite on the Moselle promenade. Arrival is also possible via Frankfurt-Hahn Airport in the Hunsrück region. Various self-service markets and discounters directly on site.
