For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Please note: baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 2 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
