One of two 45 sqm two-room holiday apartments for 2 people + extra bed are located on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 500 sqm well-kept residential property in a central location only approx. 800 m from the Baltic Sea beach. Access is via a steep staircase in the separate entrance area.
The holiday apartment has a living room (2 super comfortable recliners, large flat-screen TV, radio/CD, dining table), an open-plan kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, guest bed), a bathroom with shower/WC. A travel cot and a high chair can be provided for small children.
The apartment also has a balcony with seating furniture and sun lounger. Outside, there is a storage area for bicycles you have borrowed or brought with you. There is a car park on the property. However, there are further public car parks in front of the house (free of charge).
Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. The Ostseebad Graal-Müritz is subject to visitor's tax.

The Baltic seaside resort of Graal-Müritz is located between the Hanseatic city of Rostock (approx. 15 km away) and the small town of Ribnitz-Damgarten at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Surrounded by the forests of the Rostock Heath&, an 11,000-hectare nature reserve, Graal-Müritz stretches over a length of 5 kilometres directly on the Baltic Sea, with the Rhododendron Park, the pier extending 350 metres into the Baltic Sea and the Aquadrom sports and wellness oasis, which opened in 2004, being particular attractions for guests and locals at any time of year. The 5 kilometre long fine sandy beach is up to 40 metres wide. The bathing water has been of excellent quality for many years.
