Our apartment is located in a quiet family house directly on the dike of the Polder, in the Leinetal between the Harz and Solling low mountain ranges. The flood retention basin behind our property is designated as a nature reserve and bird reserve. Here you have a wide view of the country towards Einbeck, about 10 km away from us. The half-timbered town of Einbeck is located on the old Hanseweg and is known as the town of beer brewing. The largest European collection of vintage vehicles has been growing here since 2014. A visit to the PS store and the associated depot is worthwhile! Northeim is also 10 km away. There you should have visited the theater of the night with its hand-made puppets. Our quarter is in a well-developed network of cycle paths on the Leine-Heide cycle path. The landscape here is ideal for walks and hikes. There are skimmable bed deposits and salt extraction in the neighborhood and that led to the naming of our street.

The one-storey holiday apartment offers 49 square meters of space for up to 2 people. In addition, a washing machine and an electric dryer are available on request in another room on the apartment level. Of course, the apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, radio, stereo system and WiFi. In the living room there is a comfortable pull-out sofa bed with sleeping space for a third person. The bedroom has a double bed. In the spacious and cozy kitchen you will find: An oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, egg cooker and a refrigerator with a separate freezer. In the hallway we have drinks ready for you at purchase price. You can use a large area of ​​our garden. This included the heatable garden barrel, in which we also serve you breakfast if you have booked it. Garden chairs, parasols and deck chairs are also available on request. We have our own parking space for your car in front of the house and, after consultation, our garage for your bicycles.

An advance payment of 20% of the total price can be calculated at any time after booking. Payment is made in cash on the day of arrival. Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please contact us for a more detailed arrangement or if you cannot meet this period. Departure is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Here, too, an individual arrangement is possible. The keys are handed over personally on site or by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. Breakfast is available on request from € 12 per person. Information on inclusive services: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, bathrobes on request, WiFi, parking in front of the house. Bicycles can be left overnight in the lockable garage.

The current loads in this Corona period and the associated restrictions and official requirements could force us to make short-term changes in the hygienic care of our holiday apartment. This is also done to protect the health of our guests. In connection with this, e.g. Fluctuating costs for cleaning the apartment arise or the request for certain behavior from our guests to maintain hygiene (e.g. hand hygiene before entering the apartment).
