The 75 m² holiday flat is located above Lake Maggiore and offers a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. The quietly situated 2-family holiday home can be reached by car via a private road (dead end). The house is in a sunny location and you can enjoy your holiday with the fantastic view.
The 2.5 room flat has a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC. The large living/dining room is equipped with a TV and a DVD-CD player. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a coffee machine. This is a non-smoking flat.
The flat has a terrace with garden furniture and a garden seating area. You can park your car free of charge in the private car park.
In the village centre, about 800 m away, there is a shop for daily needs and various restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, walks and various market visits.
