It offers gardens, cafes and various sports facilities, eg walking and biking trails, adventure playground, mini golf, gym, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, etc.. The town center of Freiburg is 8 minutes away by public transport, which stops near-by, or by foot in about 15 min. The university, the university hospital and the exhibition are also easily accesible by public transport and by car. There are banks, supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, doctors, drug stores, internet cafe and many restaurants near-by. It has a comfortable living room with an extendable pull-out sofa bed (1.60m), TV satellite, telephone and internet access, a cozy dining area and access to a large sunny balcony.
