The standig individually holiday home, built in 1998 and renovated in 2016 is in the typical country style furnished. For exclusive use are available: grill possibility and garden furniture.

Ližnjan, district Šišan. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm, closed plot. The landlord lives permanently only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars).

air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 6 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.
