Beautiful cottage from the 19th century in Småland, in an area with very interesting flora and fauna. Own bathing place with jetty and barbecue on the lake 60 m away. You have a large private jetty on your own lake property. Beautiful hiking trails. Visit Åsens (20 km) and Skurugata and Eksjö (30 km). 100 km you have to the experience park Astrid Lindgrens Värld and the toothpick museum is 30 km away. For shopping you drive 36 km to Jönköping, passing Huskvarna, where you can see a 300-year history in the Husqvarna Factory Museum. There is an impressive collection of sewing machines, bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, lawnmowers and chainsaws. A few hundred meters away is Smedbyn with roots in the 18th century. In fact, this is where the armorers lived with their families. From August 1 to September 15 there is a ban on fishing in the lake due to fishing for crayfish.     “Kleines, sehr altes Bauernhaus (ca. 1830), zwar 2006 renoviert, aber verwohnt. Die Einrichtung ist ein wildes, vollgepfropftes, nicht immer sauberes, museales Durcheinander von 5 Generationen, d.h.Sperrmüll. Von Antik kann dabei keine Rede sein, da die Möbel lediglich mit Farbe zugekleistert wurden, ohne sie zu reparieren. Die Küche hat eine äußerst dürftige Grundausstattung. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind durchgelegen und verursachen auf Dauer Rückenschmerzen. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne. Die Umgebung, einschließlich Garten und Grundstück sind ein Traum! Dafür 5 Sterne! Fast am Ende einer Sackgasse, direkt am See, absolute Stille und Ruhe, nur ein Wildbach plätschert und die Vögel zwitschern. Wer kaum Ansprüche an die Unterkunft stellt (kann z.B. bei tagelangen Dauerregen schon mal zu Spannungsfeldern führen), die Natur liebt, der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben und kann sich wohl fühlen. Wir haben unsere Bedürfnisse einfach heruntergeschraubt, die einzigartige Natur, trotz schlechtem Wetter (kann man mit entsprechender Kleidung ignorieren) sehr genossen und einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht!
